The alien swarm is the heart of DarkSwarm — thousands of creatures per battlefield, according to the game's own tagline. Strain data, behavior and weaknesses will be cataloged here as encounters are verified.
The swarm is the game's namesake: the store copy promises thousands of enemies flooding the battlefield at once, in facilities that have already eaten their colonies. What the creatures are, how strains differ and what kills them efficiently is exactly what this section will catalog.
